Alice joined LeMaster Daniels in 1998 as our original Director of Human Resources and has built the HR Department from the ground up. She has worked in the human resources field in various capacities since 1982.

Alice has created high-caliber professional development and training programs in numerous industries and has instituted several progressive employee-relations, recruiting, and compensation programs.

Activities
Alice is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Inland Northwest SHRM (past president). She also contributes to the YMCA Personnel Committee and has served as president of the local chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. For several years, Alice has co-chaired “Ham on Regal,” an annual comedy production that raises funds for Ferris High School.
