Debits
Defaults to quotes from classic movies when he needs a good quip, with a particular fondness for Humphrey Bogart’s lines (“Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world…”)

Credits
Cellars more than 500 bottles in his home – and loves to share

Bottom line
Take, for instance, the Chateau Calon-Ségur 1982 Bordeaux: one sniff, one sip of this rare and complex wine and Ralph picks out the tobacco, smoke, and black currant flavors lickety split. It’s this amazing second-nature knack for taking all things complicated and breaking them down to manageable blocks of information that his nonprofit clients cherish about him. Ralph truly knows how to rein in the unruly host of rules, regulations, standards, and requirements that besiege their operations – so they can get back to their mission-critical work.
