When Randy decided to train for the Coeur d’Alene Triathlon in 2007, there was one little glitch in his plan: he didn’t know how to swim. No problem, though; he simply tagged swimming lessons onto his running and biking training schedule – and then perfected them. That’s Randy for you: always learning, adapting, and growing in a vigorous sort of way. Probably explains why TROI has more than quadrupled in size and scope under his direction – with no signs of stopping any time soon.

Randy joined LeMaster Daniels in 2000 as the Director of Technology and became president of TROI IT Solutions, our affiliate technology firm, with its formation in 2005. He’s served as chief information officer or chief technology officer in various markets and has experience in both traditional and startup organizations.
