As the locus of our CPE program and clearinghouse for all our professional development classes, LDU is a learning and development benefit ahead of its time. We provide fully accredited in-house continuing professional education in the requisite Yellow Book, tax, audit, and ethics courses for public accountants. We also take advantage of numerous learning and development opportunities from outside programs, as well as the industry-specific courses available through our membership in the RSM McGladrey Network. We monitor and keep track of all your credits and ensure you meet the industry's training and licensing standards – so you get the required education without the hassle and expense of taking care of it on your own.
All employees are enrolled at LDU. From communications skills to management training to leadership development, employees of all levels and positions have the opportunity for job enrichment and personal growth.
