Bellevue office Walks for Hope
On October 5, a team of 16 LD employees, family and friends from the Bellevue office took a Sunday stroll together. But this was no aimless meander: they positively strode with purpose as they participated in the Walk for Hope to benefit City of Hope, one of only 40 National Care Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers. The funds LD raised support breast cancer research, treatment and education programs.
“It was a wonderful opportunity to talk with teammates and others outside of work about this very significant cause,” said Christine Bogard, a Member of the firm.
Team LD gets ready to roll.
With the support of everyone in the office, LD raised over $2,600 through Jeans Days on Fridays, personal contributions, and Members matching the amount of money collected for the cause.
“I couldn’t have done anything better on a Sunday morning,” said Tammy Chau, Accountant Staff.
