LeMaster Daniels joins the Race for the Cure
For many LeMaster Daniels employees, the annual Race for the Cure is a tradition they honor year after year.
“It’s a powerful event to celebrate my story,” said Jeri Brainard, a 33-year cancer survivor and Administrative Specialist in our Boise office. “If you could only see the hope that lights up these women’s faces when I tell them that if I can make it, they can too.”
The Susan G. Komen Foundation raises money to fund education, screening and treatment programs for women in our Eastern Washington backyard as well as assist research on a national level. The Race for the Cure events generate financial support for the cause. The Boise event will take place on May 9, 2009. The Spokane race was held on April 19, 2009.
“It’s an inspirational event for women to find hope and health,” said Pam Pyrc, Director of Marketing, who participates annually in the race with her daughter, Amelia. “We walk to honor Amelia’s grandmother, my mother-in-law, who passed away from breast cancer.”

Pam Pyrc, Director of Marketing, and Jeanette Hauck, Assistant Controller, led race teams.
Pyrc was joined by Sherri Davis, TROI IT Solutions Project Manager and Jeanette Hauck, Assistant Controller, and their respective teams.

LeMaster Daniels celebrates the vibrant lives of women gone before us, and contributes to finding a cure for those surviving today.
