So, you think you're ready to take the next step toward a career at LeMaster Daniels? That's great. That probably means you value the same things we do: people—both those we work with and those we serve, a commitment to community, and an emphasis on approaching clients one person at a time. Apply Online If you're interested in a career with LD, whether you're experienced or straight out (or almost out) of college, you can check out current openings and apply online. The Interview Process—for Students The interview process typically begins with on-campus "recruiting socials" and interviews, coordinated through the universities at which we recruit. Currently we regularly conduct on-campus interviews at: - Central Washington University
- Eastern Washington University
- Washington State University
- Gonzaga University
- Whitworth College
We also enjoy close recruiting relationships with the University of Idaho, University of Montana, and University of Washington. Recruiting socials and on-campus interviews are a great way for us to find out more about you, but they're also a great way for you to find out more about us. Following the on-campus interview, you may be asked to visit one of our offices. But just because we don't come to your school doesn't mean you shouldn't apply. No matter where you are, we encourage you to check out our current openings and fill out an application online. The Interview Process—for those with Experience Experienced candidates may be screened by an LD recruiter over the phone, or, if you live near the hiring office, we may ask you to come in for an in-person interview. If we determine that you have the right skills and qualifications, the next step would be a more detailed interview with appropriate management. Visiting LeMaster & Daniels The best way for you to find out about the culture and family atmosphere in a LeMaster Daniels office is to spend some time there. If you have successfully completed an interview, we may ask you to come in and get to know the people behind the Firm. The Interview Don't be nervous. The best way to prepare for an interview at LeMaster Daniels is to be yourself. In our employment interviews we generally operate from the premise that past behavior is the best predictor of future job performance. We typically ask behavior-based questions and look for specific examples of times when you have demonstrated the skills, qualities, or characteristics that we're looking for. Be prepared to tell us about yourself and your accomplishments and career objectives. When you interview, it's your opportunity to sell yourself to us! Good luck.
