Last May, the U.S. Treasury published a General Explanation of the Obama Administration's Fiscal Year 2010 Revenue Proposals containing over 125 separate provisions. These provisions appear in the administration's budget proposal, and the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation published a description of the provisions in September.
