LeMaster & Daniels

A Spokane history

LeMaster Daniels was founded in 1908, with accounting, auditing and business consulting at the centre of its public profile.

Pacific Northwest roots

The practice developed across Washington and Idaho. Its published history connects Spokane with communities including Bellevue, Othello, Moses Lake, Omak, Boise, the Tri-Cities, Grandview, Walla Walla, Wenatchee, Yakima and Quincy.

The business context of the region matters: organizations need financial records that support decisions as well as reporting obligations. The accounting resources on this site follow that connection between technical work and practical understanding.

The 2010 transition

In August 2010, LeMaster Daniels and LarsonAllen announced the acquisition of the Spokane practice’s assets. The transaction took effect on November 1, 2010, and the LeMaster Daniels name became part of LarsonAllen’s Pacific Northwest history.

This history is the context for the LeMaster & Daniels name. It does not identify a separate present-day independent practice or attribute current positions to historical executives.

Useful disciplines

Accurate records, supported judgements and understandable reporting remain relevant regardless of an organization’s size. The services and operating approaches explore those disciplines without substituting a general article for advice about a specific situation.
